Bidders must submit qualifying upset bids within 10-days after date of advertisement and be accompanied by a 5% bid bond or deposit. 

If qualifying upset bids are received, the process will be repeated until no additional qualifying upset bids are received, then an award to the highest bidder will occur, or, the Town reserves the right to reject all bids.
